Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
U.S. delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after shipment.
Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Exchanges or store credit are offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To qualify for exchange or credit:
Contact hello@hillside.la within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number, description of issue and clear photos (if available).
Item must be unused and in original packaging

Approved claims receive store credit or a replacement (subject to availability). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

LIMITED WARRANTY (HEADPHONES ONLY)
HILLSIDE headphones are backed by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized sellers. Damage, misuse, or any condition indicating the product is not in like-new condition will void coverage. Approved warranty claims are fulfilled with a replacement unit; refunds are not provided.

Not covered: physical or water damage, misuse, battery damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized sellers.
